"Mug" Recipes
Including some interesting
"Mug Recipes"
Here's a recipe that's fun and a big hit when we have company.

ZIPLOC OMELET

This works great !!! Good for when all your family is together.  The best
part is that no one has to wait for their special omelet !!!

Have guests write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with
permanent marker.

Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to
combine them.  Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham,
onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. Each guest adds
prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Make sure to get the
air out of the bag and zip it up.

Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can
usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of
boiling water.

Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone
to be amazed.

Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake; everyone gets involved in
the process and a great conversation piece.

Imagine having these ready the night before, and putting the bag in boiling
water while you get ready.  And in 13 minutes, you got a nice omelet for a
quick breakfast!!!

I used tomatoes, ham, green onions, cheddar cheese and mushrooms in this
one!  MMMMMMMM . . .MMMMMMM  good!!!
Don't miss breakfast!

Do you have ants?

Here is a recipe for ant poison:
Three cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, one tablespoon of boric acid. They will drink it and
die. Some right there, others on their way back to the nest. For instant kills, use glass
cleaner like Windex. It's great in areas where you prepare food. No toxic residue

Chris Say says:
“Have ants, spread out cream of wheat.  They eat and then blow up.  Works every time!”

Bobbe Dengate says:
“I use cinnamon to keep them away.”

Jim and Patti Miller said:
“We use windex when we get ants on the counter. It kills them instantly and non toxic. To
keep them from coming back at night I spray the counter before I go to bed. No ants in
the morning. Works great.”

MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Small splash of vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well . Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The
cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to share!)

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now
we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day
or night!
